- What is the circumference of a 45 lb. olympic weight plate? I'm looking for a plate not to exceed 50 lbs. that would be 12 inches.
- The weight of each plate is going to be the same size. Meaning a 45lb plate will have the circumference of 45 inches, or a 25lb plate will have the circumference of 25 inches.
