These dumbbells are designed with heads which are permanently mounted to a straight, 30mm diameter, medium knurled, single forged chrome handle utilizing a steel pin and exclusive bonding formula. This means these dumbells won't ever rotate or require tightening.

The heads are sized no larger than a pro styled dumbbell in diameter, making them smaller and easier to handle. They are also wrapped in virgin rubber which withstands cracking and fading while helping reduce noise and safeguard floors - with out that strong "new rubber" stench.
