These dumbbells are manufactured with heads that are permanently attached to a straight, 30mm diameter, medium knurled, single forged chrome handle having a steel pin and unique binding formula. This means these dumbells will not spin or need tightening.

The heads are sized no larger than a pro style dumbbell in diameter, making them more compact and smoother to use. They've also been encased in virgin rubber which withstands splitting and fading while helping reduce noise and protect floors - with out that strong "new rubber" odor.
