Using only the highest quality components, the Troy TSD-R dumbbells will tolerate the most intense of workouts. These dumbbells are created with heads which are permanently mounted to a straight, 30mm diameter, medium knurled, single cast chrome handle using a steel pin and unique bonding formula. This means these dumbells won't ever rotate or require tightening.

The heads are sized no bigger than a pro styled dumbbell in circumference, which makes them more compact and easier to handle. They are also encased in virgin rubber which withstands splitting and fading while helping reduce noise and protect floors - without that potent "new rubber" odor.
