It also includes a long lat pull-down bar, short bar and ab/ankle straps. The stations that this gym system features are a multi-press station for chest, back and shoulder workouts, the leg press/calf press station, the perfect pec station, lat pull-down/high pulley station, ab crunch/mid pulley station, leg extension/leg curl station, and seated row/low pulley station. It also has two full length, solid steel shrouds for enhanced appearance and improve safety. The knee raise attachment is optional but not included.
