The Body Solid Cam Series Bicep and Tricep Machine will allow the user to raise or lower the adjustable seat for proper positioning. It features an area to rest your arms on an overstuffed support pad. The seat is positioned at a 30° angle for precise bio-mechanical movement, the thoughtful combination of 2"x2" and 2"x4" supportive steel blends structural integrity with comfort. Pulling the jumbo pop pin will allow you to lower the lifting arm and grab hold of the rotating v-bar handle for a set of arm curls. Now adjust the lifting arm upward and lock it in for a tricep workout. This machine requires 1" weight plates to increase resistance for an intense workout. Weights and spring collar are not included.
