The ab and back bench is incorporated with a 2"x4" mainframe steel from Body Solid's commercial grade line of equipment for institutional quality. The full range cam design has an easy to use pop pin that allows an additional 26 adjustments to increase and control your range of motion. Weights are not included, but can be used with 1" regular weight plates.
